Est. 2025 | Prince George, BC

OurStory

Where It Started

Filipino Heart,NorthernRoots

Rice Bowl started with a simple idea: Prince George deserved real Filipino food. Not watered-down, not fusion. The actual recipes. The ones that take time, the ones your lola made, the ones you can't get anywhere else in BC outside of the Lower Mainland.

We launched in 2025 with a food truck, a handful of recipes we believed in, and a genuine love for this city. Prince George is home, and we wanted to bring something to it that didn't exist here yet.

Every item on our menu is made fresh, every day. The lumpia, the siomai, the adobo. It's all the real thing. We're not a fast food operation, we're a family cooking for our community. And we'll be rolling through PG and beyond for a long time to come.

What Drives Us

How We Cook

01
Made Fresh Daily

Nothing pre-made, nothing frozen. Every batch of lumpia, every bowl of adobo, every dumpling is made fresh before service. That's non-negotiable.

02
Authentic Recipes

We don't adjust flavour profiles to appeal to a wider crowd. These are the real recipes: bold, unapologetic Filipino cooking that speaks for itself.

03
Community First

We're a Prince George business. We show up at local events, we support our neighbours, and we're building something here for the long term, not just passing through.
